Importer data
Know who imports your product by name, before your first email
We build a list of the importers in your chosen market: the company, the purchasing manager and their email, and what they import. Plus a factory email and the messages to reach them with, so you start ready.
- From Kompass, Europages, LinkedIn and shipment data
- Every row cites its source
- Ready in about 1 to 2 weeks
Hunting for importers on your own eats your time
Names without emails
You find a company at a trade show or in a directory, but don't know who to contact inside it.
An info@ inbox nobody reads
Your offer goes to the company's general inbox, gets lost among many others, and nobody replies.
Your emails land in spam
A Gmail address or an email that isn't set up properly, so your message hits spam before the importer sees it.
How we set up your outreach tools
From the first call to the list, email and messages in your hands: about one to two weeks.
- 01
Define who we're looking for
We agree on the product, HS code and market, and the type of buyer: importer, distributor, retail chain, or a factory that uses your product.
- 02
Collect names from real sources
Shipment data such as Trade Atlas and Panjiva where countries publish it, directories such as Kompass and Europages, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and trade-fair exhibitor lists.
- 03
Reach the purchasing manager
We don't stop at the general inbox. We find the name and email of the person who decides what to buy, and check the email works.
- 04
Set up the factory email
An email in your factory's name on your website's domain, set up to stay out of spam and connected to the campaign tool.
- 05
Write the messages
A first-contact message and the follow-ups after it, in the buyer's language, written about your product rather than generic claims.
What you receive
This is the list you'll receive
A sample of the sheet's columns. The real names belong to your factory alone, and we never publish them.

Every email checked before delivery
A factory email set up to stay out of spam
First-contact messages ready in the buyer's language
What you get at the end
Tools you can start reaching out with tomorrow, not just a file of names.
The importer list
An Excel or Google Sheets file: company, country, website, what they import, and the source of each row.
The purchasing manager
The person's name, title and email, plus their LinkedIn profile when there is one.
Import volume, when available
In countries that publish customs data, such as the US, India, Turkey and Latin America. For most of the EU and the Gulf we say it isn't available rather than guess.
A priority order
Who to contact first, based on how close they are to your product and how big they are.
A factory email, ready
An email in your factory's name, set up and connected to the campaign tool, ready to send.
Ready messages in the buyer's language
A first-contact message and follow-ups, in English or the importer's own language.
How long it takes
1 to 2 weeks
Depending on the number of markets and products. A new email starts with a few sends a day and ramps up gradually, so it doesn't get blocked or flagged as spam.
What we need from you
- Your product, and its HS code if you know it
- The market you want to start with
- The type of buyer you're after
- Access to your website's domain to set up the email
- Your catalog or company profile, if you have one
Our promise
You'll get the list, the email and the messages in about 1 to 2 weeks. Every name on the list cites its source, and every email is checked before delivery. If something isn't available, like import volumes in Europe, we'll tell you plainly instead of making up a number.
Common questions
How many importers will the list have?
It depends on the product and the market. A product like frozen strawberries has many importers in Europe; a specialised product has fewer. We prefer a smaller, accurate list to a big one that's half wrong.
Will you give me each company's import volume?
Only when it's available. The US, India, Turkey and Latin American countries publish shipment data with company names. The EU and most of the Gulf don't. The sheet shows where it's available and where it isn't.
Where does the data come from?
Shipment data such as Trade Atlas and Panjiva, company directories such as Kompass and Europages, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and trade-fair exhibitor lists. Every row cites its source.
Can I email European importers without legal trouble?
Yes, with care. Europe has a data-protection law called GDPR, so we only use published business emails, keep the message relevant to their work, and every email gives the importer an easy way to opt out.
Why a new email in the factory's name? I have Gmail.
Gmail addresses and emails that aren't set up properly land in spam easily, and importers trust an email tied to a factory and its website more. We set it up and start with a few sends, increasing gradually.
What happens after I get the list?
Your team can work it themselves. If you want us to contact the importers and follow up on replies, that's our Importer Outreach service.
